Ingredients:
-Pre-sliced Jambon de Bayonne
-Semi-sweet apple (Honeycrisp)
-Aged Hard Cheese (Wookey Hole)
-Crisp Cracker
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: - Thinly slice the Honeycrisp apple into delicate pieces.
- Cut the Wookey Hole cheese into thin slices or small wedges, depending on your preference.

- Assemble the Platter:
- Begin by neatly arranging the crisp crackers on a serving platter or board. Place them side-by-side to create a uniform and appealing base.
- Next, place thin slices of semi-sweet Honeycrisp apple atop the crackers. The sweetness of the apples will add a delightful contrast to the crispness of the crackers.
- On top of the apple slices, add thin slices or small wedges of the aged Wookey Hole cheese. Its hard and mature texture will introduce a savory and rich element to the stack.
- Gently wrap slices of Jambon de Bayonne around the cheese and apple-topped crackers. The delicate, salty ham will complement the other flavors and add an elegant twist to the presentation.
- Finally, garnish the platter with sprigs of rosemary. This herbaceous touch not only enhances the visual appeal but also infuses a subtle, aromatic flavor to the ensemble
- Enjoy: - This platter pairs wonderfully with a crisp white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling, enhancing the flavors of the cheese and jambon.
 - Serve this as an elegant appetizer, a sophisticated snack, or as part of a charcuterie board at your next gathering.
